About Glimt
A glimpse, a flash of light.
Glimt is Swedish and Norwegian for a glimpse, a flash of light: the moment just before the video starts. We're building the studio we wanted: say what the video is for, watch it come together, then make it yours by hand.
Goal first
The first question is “What are we making?”, not “Pick a template” or “Import media”.
Always editable
Everything Glimt makes lands on a normal timeline you can change by hand.
Honest AI
Glimt doesn't fake filmed footage. It says what it made, and every AI step can be undone.
Private by default
Your media is used only for your project, and never for training.

Glimt is made in Gothenburg, Sweden, by Sansavision, a division of Sansa Group AB. It runs in your browser today, and a Mac app is coming soon. It's for creators, small businesses, students and marketers, all adults, 18+.
